Loved the communal areas and the view from our room was great. The beds in the bedrooms were super comfy and the housekeepers did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy.

Stayed here with a friend and the place was perfectly located, had all the amenities we needed and the size was great. The front desk staff were super kind and helpful too! If I ever come back to NYC, I'll definitely stay here again

The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. They had smart tv. The kitchenette was very handy. The room bar was super convenient. And the smell of the hotel was just wonderful. The location to subway and connection to Manhattan just amazing.

The hotel is very nice looking, clean, and the staff were super friendly! The location was super convenient for both the event my friend and I attended, as well as to restaurants, bakeries, and a really cute chocolate shop. It was easy to get around the area and find the hotel again, even though we're both not great at directions.

The rooms were artfully decorated. The staff from front desk( special thanks to Isaiah and Jory and the other professional, thoughtful folks who greet you upon arrival.The housekeeping staff was equally as wonderful. Look forward to next visit!

Safe walkable location with ample free street parking nearby. Close to public transportation. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice continental breakfast. Best of all: super friendly helpful staff, sadly unusual for NYC.

Everything - a character building with interesting decor. Helpful friendly staff. Loft suite was huge for myself and adult son. Heating and cooling was great. A good gym and sauna. Lots of complimentary touches. Easy flat walk to subway station on Manhattan Avenue that's then an easy 20 minute commute to Manhattan. The area (Greenpoint, Williamsburg etc) is full of great bars, cafes, restaurants, cheap eats, parks, Banks and great shopping. Young residential area - few Tourists. I've stayed in Manhattan many times but wouldn't again with this hotel the much better option.
